Even though TeleTruth will be acting as an agent this letter does
not preclude our company from acting on our own behalf with regard
to all telecommunications issues.
Please provide TeleTruth with the necessary records including service,
equipment and billing. Also include any additional information that
might be needed for TeleTruth to act as agents for our company.
Be advised that TeleTruth can physically obtain refund checks issued
by Verizon or any other carrier on our behalf.
